NOTE: Pre-registration is requested for all programs and retreats. We accept VISA or MasterCard. You may register by telephone, email, or U.S. mail. Day, evening, series programs should be paid in full when registering. For extended programs and retreats of four or more days, a $100 deposit is due with registration. All programs/retreats paid in full 10 days prior to program start. No confirmation of registration is sent unless requested. For cancellations, up to ten (10) days prior to program start, receive full refund less $20 processing fee. No refunds within ten (10) days of program start date. However, should a program or retreat be cancelled by Genesis, a full refund will be given.

May 5 – SaturdayDescription: "Learn the basics of nutrition (some that may surprise you), the foods that are best for YOU, some healthful and easy meal plans, what you can do to help avoid osteoporosis, the truth about sweeteners, and facts about hydration. We will also discuss why aging has been defined as the “demineralization of the body”, facts on the ecological impact of our food choices and what the Bible has to say about food.

Self Care Yoga, QiGong and Meditation: A Gentle Day of Renewal for Women May 12 - SaturdayDescription: This program includes Self Care skills and relaxation techniques including gentle Self Care Yoga, easy-flowing Qigong--a practice which harmonizes flowing movements with meditative breathing --plus a walking meditation outdoors on the beautiful grounds of Genesis.
